TERMS OF USE AGREEMENT

AIMCO TEXT MESSAGING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

AIMCO Properties, L.P. (“Aimco”) provides the text messaging program (“Customer Program”) as a service to those who wish to schedule an appointment or learn more about an Aimco community. By providing your mobile phone number to opt-in to this Customer Program or by otherwise using or participating in this Customer Program, you indicate that you have read and agreed to these Aimco Text Messaging Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) and that you consent to the handling of your personally identifiable information in accordance with the Aimco Text Messaging Privacy Policy.

Here's how it works:

1. You must provide your mobile phone number when providing your personal information as part of scheduling an appointment or inquiring about community information.

2. After you have provided your mobile phone number, you will receive one or more text messages about the community or scheduling an appointment.  In the event you fail to respond after five (5) text messages about scheduling an appointment, you will not receive any additional text messages until you reengage.

3. You can cancel our Customer Program’s ability to send you text messages at any time by replying STOP to the SMS text message or HELP for assistance.

•           Message and Data rates may apply.

•           By opting in to this Customer Program from a mobile telephone number, you are representing to Aimco that the mobile number from which you have opted-in is one for which you are authorized to provide consent to receive mobile messages from Aimco and to allow  Aimco to provide the Customer Program. You agree that if and before you disconnect or transfer your mobile number, you will send all necessary short codes to Aimco in order to stop future messages from being sent to that number and to terminate the Customer Program for that number.

•           Aimco is not responsible for incomplete, lost, late, or misdirected messages, including, but not limited to, undelivered messages resulting from any form of filtering by your mobile carrier or service provider, the failure of the Customer Program to provide you with community information or scheduling an appointment (and any associated failure by you to make your scheduled appointment), and cannot guarantee that each user will receive the benefit of the Customer Program.

•          To Aimco’s knowledge, the Customer Program is available on all mobile carriers. The Customer Program may be removed from mobile carriers where it is currently available at Aimco's exclusive discretion.
