TransUnion Credit Improvement Program |
When you sign a lease and become a resident and/or submit a rental application, we will ask you if you would like to participate in a credit improvement program offered through TransUnion. This involves you allowing AIR to submit to TransUnion records of your periodic rental payments and related information. |
We collect this information to provide you with suggestions to help improve your credit for purposes of eligibility to rent or continue renting with one of our properties. |
