She has had increasing levels of responsibilities across the company, serving as a cross-functional leader of the organization. Lisa has had responsibility for legal, governance, human resources, technology, construction services, asset quality and service, insurance, risk management, dispositions, and acquisition activities in the western region. She also served as chairman of Aimco’s Investment Committee
In private practice, Lisa focused on public and private mergers and acquisitions, venture capital financing, securities, and corporate governance

PERSONAL SIDE

Lisa is a Denver native and met her husband, Rich, at her first youth group event (they married 15 years later). They are proud parents of a son who is in school at Indiana University
Lisa is active in philanthropy and her community. Currently, she chairs the Board of Trustees of the Craig Hospital Foundation. She also serves on the Board of Directors of BBYO

Previously at Aimco, Matt led revenue, innovation, and process excellence. He played a key role in designing scalable processes and data systems that support both strategic planning and daily operations
Earlier in his career at Johns Manville, Matt held technical and engineering roles focused on product development, manufacturing efficiency, and customer support—building a strong foundation in problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration
