AIR Communities primarily targets for acquisition B/B+ communities located in desirable submarkets with higher land value, higher expected rent growth, and higher projected free cash flow rates of return. 

We currently operate in the following primary markets:

  • Denver
  • Los Angeles
  • Manhattan
  • Miami
  • Philadelphia
  • San Diego
  • San Francisco Bay Area
  • Greater Washington DC

Within these markets, we generally acquire communities greater than 100 apartment homes, except in New York City where smaller opportunities are considered.
