Chief Executive Officer
Terry is a life-long entrepreneur focused on business, politics and family. Terry has been an active real estate investor for 50 years, serving five REITs as CEO. Through the Considine Companies, Terry has invested in real estate, television broadcasting, convenience stores, environmental services, and venture capital. Terry contributed his apartment business to the formation of Apartment Investment and Management Company (“Aimco”), led the Aimco IPO in 1994, and served as Aimco Chairman/CEO until the separation transaction in 2020, which resulted in two separate public companies, Aimco and Apartment Income REIT Corp. (“AIR”). He is CEO of AIR and is a member of its Board of Directors. He also serves on the Board of Directors of Aimco. Terry has also been active in politics, elected twice to the Colorado Senate and holding leadership roles in numerous campaigns and political organizations. He is a co-founder and director of Club for Growth; and a director of the Lynde and Harry Bradley Foundation in Milwaukee, Wisconsin and Intrepid Potash (NYSE: IPI) in Denver, Colorado. Terry has been married for 44 years to his wife Betsy. Together, they are actively involved in philanthropy, education reform, and ranching in western Colorado. Most of all, they enjoy three adult children, their spouses, and three remarkable granddaughters.

LISA R. COHN
Lisa is AIR’s President and General Counsel. Lisa served for 13 years as Executive Vice President, General Counsel, and Secretary for Aimco. Lisa had increasing levels of responsibilities across the company, serving as a cross-functional leader of the organization. In addition to serving as General Counsel, Lisa has had responsibility for construction services, asset quality and service, insurance, risk management, human resources, dispositions nationwide, and Aimco’s acquisition activities in the western region. She has also previously served as chairman of Aimco’s investment committee. Lisa joined Aimco in July 2002 as Vice President and Assistant General Counsel. Prior to joining the Company, Lisa was in private practice with the law firm of Hogan & Hartson LLP (now Hogan Lovells) with a focus on public and private mergers and acquisitions, venture capital financing, securities, and corporate governance. Before joining Hogan & Hartson, she spent two years as a Federal judicial law clerk. Lisa earned her undergraduate degree (with honors and distinction) in public policy from Stanford University and earned her law degree (cum laude) from Harvard Law School and served on the Harvard Law Review, including as managing editor. Lisa is active in her community. She serves on the Board of Trustees of the Craig Hospital Foundation. She previously served on the Rose Community Foundation Board of Trustees. She also previously served as chairman of the Board of Trustees of Denver Jewish Day School. Lisa has also served in a variety of other volunteer and philanthropic leadership positions. Lisa is a Denver native and met her now husband at her first high school youth group event. When not advancing AIR’s success, you are likely to find Lisa with her husband and her exceptional son, as well as extended family and friends, cheering the Denver Broncos or any other Colorado sports team, relishing a round of golf, or enjoying a concert.

President, Property Operations
KEITH M. KIMMEL
As the President of Property Operations at AIR, Keith Kimmel leads regional and field team members that specialize in serving our residents daily. In addition, he is responsible for the corporate teams dedicated to data analytics, IT, marketing, procurement, revenue management, and the shared service center. Prior to AIR, Keith served for 10 years as the Executive Vice President of Property Operations for Aimco. His Aimco career started in 2002 where he held various operational leadership roles including the Area Vice President of the western United States, Regional Vice President of California, and Regional Manager of Southern California. Before joining Aimco, Keith worked for Casden Properties in Beverly Hills, California, leading the operations of their new development lease-ups and day to day operations as a Regional Manager. His career in the multifamily real estate business began in 1992 as a leasing consultant and then general manager for the Sares Regis Group in Southern California. This is where Keith developed his passion for operating communities, learning the intimate details of providing homes to residents, and celebrating the teams that make it all possible. Keith and his amazing wife of more than two decades, Leyla, live in Colorado with their two beautiful children. True to Keith’s California roots, the family shares a love of vacationing in Hawaii, where they enjoy the beaches, snorkeling, and surfing.

Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer
PAUL L. BELDIN
Paul Beldin is the Chief Financial Officer for AIR Communities. Prior to the formation of AIR, Paul served for five years as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Aimco. He began his Aimco career in 2008 as Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer. Paul served from 2007-2008 as Chief Financial Officer of APRO Residential Fund, and in 2005-2007 as Chief Financial Officer of America First Apartment Investors, Inc., a publicly traded company at the time. From 1996 to 2005, Paul worked in numerous roles with the firm of Deloitte & Touche, LLP. Paul is a certified public accountant.
Patti serves as AIR’s Senior Vice President and Chief Corporate Responsibility Officer, which includes AIR’s Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) initiatives. Since she joined in 2002, she has spearheaded the Company’s work with elected officials, government and community partners, redevelopment zoning and entitlement efforts nationwide, and developed and directed the Company’s philanthropic programs. She also leads the Risk Management and Environmental Health and Safety Departments. Prior to joining Aimco, AIR’s predecessor, she was Executive Director/CEO of the National Stroke Association and Interim Executive Vice President of the Association of State and Territorial Health Officials. Patti served in the cabinet of Colorado Governor Roy Romer as executive director of the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment, the first non-MD to do so after a law was changed to allow her appointment. Earlier in her career she held leadership roles with members of Congress in both the U.S. House and Senate.
